摘要
结合Shell粉煤气化配套的耐硫CO变换工艺流程的特点,对循环升温流化和工艺气在线串联流化两种方案的工艺流程、技术特点和投资、操作费用等进行了分析比较。两种硫化方案在流程和操作上均可满足要求,催化剂硫化后可达到工艺指标,但循环升温硫化方案更具明显优势。
In connection with the characteristics of the sulfur-tolerant CO conversion process and the corollary Shell pulverized coal gasifier, an analysis and comparison is made of the two schemes of cyclic heating sulfurization and on-line series-connected sulfurization of the process gas, including the process flow, technologica/features and investment, and operation cost. Both schemes are able to meet the demands in process flow and operation, the catalyst after sulfurization is able to reach the process figures, but the former scheme is predominant.
