Supporting Energy Conservation and Decrease in Discharge with Technological Innovation

摘要 江苏恒盛化肥有限公司先后建成5套气体回收装置、4套固体废物回收装置、9套水处理装置,回收原料气折合成氨约7 920 t/a,综合节能折标煤约49 437t/a,减排废渣150 kt/a,减排废水260 m^3/h。通过技术革新、淘汰部分落后设备并逐步完善现有先进技术装备,走节能减排和循环经济发展之路,实现企业生产效益和环境保护协调发展。 Hengsheng sively 5 gas recovery units, feed gas recovered amounts Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Province has completed succes- 4 solid waste recovery units, and 9 water treatment units; the quantity of to about 7 920 t/a of ammonia, the comprehensive energy saved converts into about 49 437 t/a of standard coal, the waste slag discharged is reduced by 150 kt/a, and the wastewater discharged is decreased by 260 m^3/h. The productivity effect of the enterprise grows in concert with environmental protection by adopting technological innovation, eliminating some backward pieces of equipment, progressively perfecting the present advanced technical equipment, and the road to energy conservation and decrease in discharge as well as cyclic economic growth.
