摘要 介绍了甲醇工艺冷凝液作为锅炉给水直接回收利用的技术改造方案、实施效果。改造后,汽提塔达到了设计要求,使15 t/h甲醇冷凝液得以全部回收,年减排废水120 kt、节水160 kt,年节能折1 601.6 t标煤。 A technological renovation scheme is given for the direct recovery and utilization of process condensate in methanol production as boiler feed water as well as the results of its implementation. After the transformation the stripper attains the design objectives, so that the 15 t/h of condensate in methanol production are fully recovered, the effluent discharged is decreased by 120 kt per year, with 160 kt of water saved, and the energy saved amounts to 1 601.6 t of standard coal per year.
