摘要
本文针对水泥场附近的复合绝缘子污秽闪络产生的危害问题,提出了污秽闪络特性研究的重要性,并通过试验研究了NaC l(盐密)在一定情况下,不同水泥污秽(灰密)对复合绝缘子憎水性、憎水迁移性的影响。结果表明:在相同的迁移时间内,随着灰密的增加,污层表面的憎水性减弱,最终所达到的憎水性也略有下降;当灰密小于2 mg/cm2时,憎水迁移性受灰密的影响很小;当灰密>4 mg/cm2时,迁移所需时间明显增大。
Based on the damage of cement pollution to hydrophobicity of composite insulator,the importance of pollution flashover study was pointed out.The experiment used cement and sodium chloride as polluters.Under same equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and same emigration time,the hydrophobicity of contaminated surface decreased with the increase of non-soluble deposit density(NSDD).When NSDD is less than 2.0 mg/cm2,the hydrophobicity emigration speed of composite insulator is slowed with increase of NSDD,but significantly increased when NSDD is greater than 4.0 mg/cm2.
