马蔺繁殖特性研究

Reproductive character of Chinese Iris lactea

在观测马蔺生物学特性及生长发育规律的基础上,对马蔺进行了分株繁殖实验,并对种子特性进行了研究。结果表明:在夏季采用2分株的方式进行移栽可取得良好的效果;经测定,种子千粒重为(22.37±1.06)g,有生活力的种子为78.5%,无生活力和瘪粒种子,分别为20%和1.5%。

Based on observing biological characteristic and growth,ramet reproduction experiment of Iris lacteal.var.chinensis（Fisch.）Koidz was carried out,and its seed characteristics were inrestigated as well.The results indicated that the survival rate was high with two-ramet reproduction in summer or autumn.The weight of thousand-seed is（22.37±1.06） g,the rate of living-seed is 78.5%,the rate of dead seed and wizened seed is 20% and 1.5% respectively.
