基于新形势下加强高校基建财务管理工作的思路,阐述了高校基建财务管理政策性、社会性和专业性的特点;分析了当前基建财务管理运行中的制约因素;针对四大矛盾焦点,从完善内部控制规范和制度建设、创新管理模式、强化监督职能、培养专业人才和重视基建财务分析几方面提出了建议。

The policy,social and professional characteristics of finance management of university basic construction under new circumstances was expatiated.Some limiting factors in finance management of university basic construction were analyzed.In light of four focus points,suggestions of standardization,internal regulation building,creative management and supervision,staff training were put forward.
