摘要
结合实际的柠檬酸废水处理工程,对影响IC反应器稳定运行的pH值范围、温度条件、有毒有害物质、预酸化度等因素进行了分析,并做了详细的探讨。严格按照IC反应器的进水要求及优化的工艺参数运行IC反应器,COD的月平均去除率均达到90%以上。
Combined with actual citric acid wastewater treatment project., factors which impacted stable operation in IC reactor, for instance, the range of pH, temperature, hazardous substances, the degree of pre-acidification, were analyzed and discussed in detail. IC reactor was run strictly according to IC reactor water requirements and optimization of process parameters. The average of COD removal rate monthly could reach more than 90%.
