Environmental impact assessment （EIA） report is an important basis for environmental supervision and management. There are differences between the EIA report and project construction design. The phenomena and reasons of these differences were analyzed to propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to ensure environmental supervision and management in accordance with environmental impact assessment documents.
