叶澄衷研究述评

Review of Researches into Ye Chengzhong

叶澄衷是清末上海实业界颇具影响的重要人物。他在上海、宁波等地,涉足金融、商业、工业、航运、教育、慈善公益等各个领域,并在其中有着突出的贡献。从目前的研究现状来看,有关叶澄衷的研究还缺乏深度和力度,仍有相当大的学术空间可以拓展。

As an important figure in late Qing dynasty,Ye Chengzhong has set foot in many areas in Shanghai and Ningbo including finance,commerce,industry,shipping,education,philanthropy and have made significant contributions. Present researches into Ye still lack depth and dimension,and more academic space remain to be expanded in this field.
