On System of Drawing and Modifying NETS and Its Impacts on China

通过对《美国国家教育技术标准》编修历程的回顾,发现《美国国家教育技术标准》编修过程存在广泛性、阶段性、连续性、层次性和实用性等特点,基于此,文章对我国高等教育技术标准建设与推广提出了一系列建议。

Reviewing the history of drawing and modifying NETS, we find out the fact that NETS has the characteristics of extension, stages, continuity, hierarchy and practice, etc. Based on such characteristics, the paper addresses a series of recommendations on construction and promotion of technical standards for the Chinese higher education.
