摘要
文章详细分析了目前国内远程教育教务管理过程中存在的诸多问题,并从服务是远程教育的产业本质出发,结合现代服务业的服务科学理论,提出以学生为中心设计新一代远程教务管理系统的理念,并采用面向服务的架构思想(SOA)来构建系统。
In this paper, we analyze the problems existing in domestic distance education management, base on the concept that service is the essence of distance education and combine with modem service scientific theory to propose the new generation concept of distance educational management system based on student-centered. It uses the idea of service-oriented architecture （SOA）.
