胃癌AgNOR计数在病理学诊断上的意义

目的研究在不同分化程度胃癌中AgNOR颗粒计数，并分析在病理诊断上的意义。方法对64例胃癌标本进行AgNOR染色，观察计数并分析。结果分化差胃癌AgNOR颗粒计数显著高于分化高胃癌。结论AgNOR计数能够反映胃癌癌细胞增殖能力和侵袭性行为。

Objective Studies of AgNOR count in stomach cancer, analysis of its significance in pathologicaldiagnosis. Methods 64 cases of stomach cancer were stained by AgNOR and counted. Results The lowerdifferentiation group of stomach cancer, its AgNOR countnumber were higher than well chrentiation group's.Conclusions AgNOR count may reflect proliferations and invasions of stomach cancer.
