王安石财税变法流产根本原因探析

An Analysis of the Root Cause of the Failure of Wang Anshi Taxing Reform

两千多年来发生在中华大地上的一切变法和改革,不论是政治的、经济的,还是社会的等等,几乎鲜有成功者。究其根本原因,就在于皇权专制政体本身的极端恶劣性及其自身的不自由、不人道、不公正与不平等性,几乎都是在挑战社会治理——增进全社会和每个人利益总量——这个终极标准。王安石财税变法的流产或失败的根本原因同样在于此,在于其财税变法挑战了财税治理的终极目的,无视人道自由原则,违背了平等人权原则。

There were few reforms succeeded in China＇s history in the past 2000 years whatever kind of reform it was,such as political,economical and social reforms.The decisive reasons lied in the imperial autocracy which produced no liberty,humanitarian or equality.This imperial autocracy hindered the overall governance of the society and damaged the ultimate social and individual welfare.The fundamental reason for the failure of Wang Anshi Reform was the same,because he violated the ultimate purpose of the financial and taxing governance and ignored the humanitarian and equality principle.
