摘要
目的建立洛索洛芬钠片中间控制中颗粒含量的快速检测方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法比较。结果在223nm处有最大吸收,其浓度在4.0~24.0μg.mL-1与吸收度线性关系良好;回归方程为C0=30.59A-0.2631;相关系数r=0.999。将紫外检测结果乘以校正因子(K=0.9615),即C=29.41A-0.2530,与高效液相色谱法比较,两种检测方法结果基本一致。结论紫外分光光度法简便易行、快速、准确、重现性好,可用于洛索洛芬钠片中间控制中颗粒含量的快速检测。
OBJECTIVE To establish a control loxoprofen sodium tablets particle content in the middle of the rapid detection method.METHODS ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography comparison.RESULTS The maximum absorption at 223nm,its concentration in the 4.0~24.0μg·mL-1 a good linear relationship with absorbance;regression equation is C0=30.59A-0.2631;r=0.999.UV test results will be multiplied by the correction factor(K=0.9615),that is C=29.41A-0.2530,Compared with the high-performance liquid chromatography,the two detection methods are basically the same results.CONCLUSION UV spectrophotometry simple,rapid,accurate,reproducible,and can be used to control the middle of loxoprofen sodium tablets rapid detection of particle concentration.
