血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞变化的临床观察

Study of Xuebijing injection on peripheral T-lymphocyte in patients with severe pneumonia

目的探讨血必净注射液对重症肺炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞变化的影响及其意义。方法选择2006年4月～2008年11月收住本院重症监护室(ICU)年龄>18岁,符合重症肺炎的诊断标准共40例。随机分为血必净组19例和对照组21例。两组常规给予抗感染(根据培养结果给予敏感抗生素)、对症和营养治疗,血必净组在常规给予抗感染、对症和营养治疗基础上加用血必净注射液100ML静滴2次/日连用7天,观察治疗前后患者的外周血T淋巴细胞。结果疗程结束时血必净组CD3+CD4、CD8高于对照组。结论血必净注射液有助于调节免疫炎症调节功能的平衡,从而改善患者预后。

OBJECTIVE To invesgate the effect and clinical signiaficance of Xuebijing jinjection on peripheral T-lymphocyte subpopulations in patients with severe pneumonia.METHODS Forty patients,age over 18 years,suffering from severe pneumonia,admmited to the intensive care unit（ICU）from April,2006 to November,2008,were randomLy divided into a control group（n=21）and a Xuebijing treatment group（n=21）.The patients of two groups were treated conventionally,and the only difference was that 100mL Xuebijing injection twice a day for 7 days was given to the treatmentment group.The T-lymphocyte in the peripheral blood were detected before and after treatment.RESULTS CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋T-lymphocyte were increased significantly after 7-day treatment in treatment group.CONCLUSION Xuebijing can help to maintain a more balanced profile of inmmunologic function and improve prognosis.
