0.5%丙泊酚稀释液在儿童全麻诱导期注射痛的缓解作用

Effect of a 0.5% dilution of propofol on pain of Injection during induction of anesthesia in Children

目的观察儿童全麻诱导时0.5%丙泊酚稀释液注射痛的发生率和疼痛强度。方法选择下腹会阴部手术儿童60例,年龄2～6岁,随机分成丙泊酚稀释组(D)组和原液组(P)各30例,两组均先静脉泵注瑞芬太尼0.25μg.kg-11min,D组用0.5%丙泊酚稀释液全麻诱导,P组则用丙泊酚原液,通过观察两组儿童注药手臂的运动情况和面部表情的反应,评估疼痛的发生率和强度。结果D组儿童注射痛发生率为23.3%,P组则为70%(P<0.001);且D组注射痛的强度明显降低(P<0.05)。结论稀释到0.5%的丙泊酚,有效地降低了注射痛发生率和疼痛强度。

OBJECTIVE To observe the incidence and intensity of pain of 0.5% dilution of propofol during induction of anesthesia in children.METHODS 60 children undergoing urologic or general surgery were divided into two groups（30 cases in each group）randomly.After injection of remifentanil 0.25μg·kg-1 for 1 min by infusion pump to both groups,treatment group（D group）was administrated introvenously by 0.5% propofol,and control group was by 1.0% propofol.Incidence and intensity of pain were assessed by spontaneous expressions of pain and withdrawal of the arm.RESULTS Percentages of children who showed at least one pain reaction were 23.3% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group（P0.05）.Furthermore,severity of pain on injection was significantly attenuated in the treatment group compared with the control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Dilution of propofol to a 0.5% concentration reduced pain effectively during injection in children aged 2～6yr.
