摘要
基于开放式系统的设计理念,提出并设计了一种基于PC/104总线与专用运动控制芯片的多轴运动控制器。控制器采用PC/104主板+MCX314As的硬件架构,以PC/104总线实现两者之间的通讯。在深入研究了MCX314As工作流程与指令系统的基础上,编写了各种插补模式下的驱动程序,并通过下接伺服驱动器及永磁同步电机进行了实验,验证了方案的可行性。
Based on the open system design technique,a multiaxial motion controller is proposed and designed,which is based on the PC/104 bus and the dedicated motion control chip.The hardware architecture of the controller is PC/104 industrial mainboard + MCX314As chip,and both parts communicate with each other by the PC/104 bus.The workflow and command system of MCX314As are studied deeply,and then driver programs are compiled in a variety of interpolation modes.The experiments are implemented on the servo system with the designed controller,the servo drivers and the permanent magnet synchronous motors.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the motion controller proposed and designed is feasible and reliable.
