摘要
本研究采用自编问卷对中部六省的600名中小学教师的教育公平意识进行了问卷调查,调查的内容包括教师对学生的关注、对学生的评价、对学生进行教育资源的分配和教育公平感等四个维度。调查结果显示,不同性别、不同学历、不同教龄、不同学段和不同区域的教师在教育公平意识上存在一些差异。这些差异在一定程度上表现了当前中部地区中小学教师教育公平意识状况,并有其内在的原因。
For investigation into the consciousness of fair education,self-designed questionnaire was applied to 600 teachers of elementary and middle schools in the six provinces in middle area.There were 4 dimensions in the questionnaire: attention to students,appraisals,assignment of educational resources and the feeling of fair education.The investigation result reveal that there are divergences on the consciousness of fair education of the teachers with different sexes,degrees,working years,the education stages and areas of their schools.These divergences display in some extent the situation of fair education consciousness of the teachers in middle area,and they have their intrinsic causes.
