摘要
在相同配煤比及焦炉加热制度的情况下,对干、湿法熄焦的焦炭主要品质指标进行了对比分析,结果表明:干熄焦有效地控制焦炭水分,提高焦炭的机械强度,改善焦炭的热强度,降低反应性,但是对单炉产量和大焦率有一定的影响。
This essay deals with the comparative analysis of the coke quality target between dry coke quenching and wet coke quenching on condition of the same coal blending and coke oven heating system. And it is proved that dry coke quenching can control the coke moisture effectively, improve the mechanical strength, advance calorific intensity, and reduce the reaction rate. But it surely has some influence on the production and coke recovery of each coke oven.
