摘要
从新钢公司劳动生产率、员工年龄结构情况出发,分析了企业人力资源管理优化配置所面临的难点,提出了解决问题的有效措施,在实际工作中得到运用,并总结出一些经验。
Based on situation of labor productivity and age structure of employees at Xingang, difficulties faced by optimal allocation of human resource management in the enterprise are analysed, effective measures of solving problems are put forwand. Some experiences are summarized and applied in practical work.
