护患双方病房护理质量满意度的调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解患者和护士对护理质量的满意度,并比较双方的异同。方法采用问卷调查法就病房护理质量满意度分别对护患双方进行调查,调查内容相同,护士采用自评问卷。结果患者对病房护理质量满意度总均分为(4.42±0.53)分,护士自我测评满意度总均分为(4.62±0.38)分;除专业技术和能力一项无差别(P>0.05)外,其余各项两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),7个主题得分和总均分护士均高于患者(P<0.01)。结论护理管理者及护士应认识到护患双方在病房护理质量满意度方面存在的差距,努力改进服务以提高患者的满意度。 Objective To comprehend the satisfaction degree of patients and nurses in nursing quality with a comparison between them.Methods A questionnaire was adopted to analyze the satisfaction degree of nursing quality for patients and nurses separately.The nurses were investigated with self-reporting questionnaire.Results The total average score of patients’ satisfaction degree on nursing service and that of patients’ self-satisfaction degree were 4.42±0.53 and 4.62±0.38,respectively.Scores of all items in the two questionnaires,except those in professional technology and one skill(P0.05),showed significant differences between the two groups of patients and nurses(P0.01).The scores in 7 subjects and the total average sore were higher in nurses than that in patients.Conclusion Nursing supervisors and nurses should recognize the gap between the satisfaction degree between nurses and patients so as to improve nursing service and enhance patients’ satisfaction.
