The development of modern distance learning is analysed firstly,then the prototype of the intelligent distance learning system based on the multi-Agent is designed,the system＇s prime task flow is elaborated,and a thorough discussion of the Agent’s function has been made,then the key technology has been built,the system＇s basic functions are realized. The expected effect has been achieved in the intellectualization,personalization and interactive of the system.
