摘要
通过对中厚板边裂成因的研究,认为钢水精炼后N元素含量增加导致钢水浇铸过程氮化物沿晶界析出,导致700~900℃铸坯脆性增加是引起中厚板边部裂纹缺陷的主要因素,提出采用铸机边部遮蔽技术提高板坯角部在拉矫过程中的表面温度,从而解决中厚板边裂问题。
