摘要
155 kA铝电解槽与行业先进技术相比存在的差距,严重地影响到生产技术经济指标及公司可持续发展战略的实现。对此,本文针对该槽单块阳极换极作业方式,尝试性地提出相邻两块阳极同时更换的模式,以实现优化工艺技术、提高资源优化利用率、解决生产实际问题的效果,达到节能减排目的。
155 kA aluminum slot, compared with the industry of advanced technology gaps, which seriously affected the pro- duction of technical and economic indicators and corporate strategy for sustainable development implementation. In this pa- per,the slot for a single piece of anodized extreme practices,and try and make the adjacent anode,its replacement with two models in order to achieve optimum process technology to improve the optimization of resources utilization and to solve prac- tical problems of production effects, to achieve energy saving reduction purposes.
