摘要
本文综述了近年来国内外用镁碱代替钠碱的高得率浆和化学浆H2O2漂白的研究进展和生产实践。结果表明,采用镁碱的过氧化氢漂白可以节约生产成本,降低草酸钙结垢,减少浆料中的阴离子垃圾含量和废水的污染负荷,同时浆料可获得良好的物理和光学性能。
The research and application references of replacement of sodium-based hydrogen peroxide bleaching by magnesium-based hydrogen peroxide bleaching for high yield pulp and chemical pulp in recent years are reviewed. Magnesium-based hydrogen peroxide bleaching for pulp can lead to the reduction of production cost,less calcium oxalate sealing,less anionic trash in the pulp and lower pollution load in the bleach effluent,in addition , the optical peroperties and physical properties of the pulp after magnesium-based peroxide bleaching can be improved.
