果胶酶预处理对粉丹竹SCMP过氧化氢漂白的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本文主要探讨了果胶酶预处理对粉丹竹SCMP过氧化氢漂白的影响。以预处理后纸浆过氧化氢漂白后白度和PC值为指标,探讨了果胶酶用量、处理温度和pH、处理时间等工艺参数对预处理效果的影响,得出了果胶酶预处理的合适工艺条件:果胶酶用量为0.5IU/g、pH为10、温度为30℃和时间为30min。另外通过采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和原子力显微镜(AFM)对果胶酶预处理前后纸浆纤维表面成分和形貌进行了分析,分析结果表明果胶酶预处理可以除去部分覆盖在纤维表面的抽出物,从而暴露出更多的碳水化合物和木素,提高其后过氧化氢漂白的效果。 In this work, the influence of operating variables (pectinase dosage, pH, treatment temperature and time) of pectinase pretreatment on the following hydrogen peroxide bleaching of Bambusa Chung Ⅱ SCMP was in- vestigated. From the results, the optimal pretreatment conditions were pectinase dosage of 0.5IU/g, pH value of 10, temperature of 30℃ and time of 30min. Under this conditions, the final brightness of pulp bleached by H2O2 increased 4.6% ISO to 61.1% ISO, and PC decreased 35% to 1.93. The analysis of XPS and AFM indicated that pectinase could remove some extractives and part of lignin from fiber surface, and result in more carbohydrate on the fiber surface, which could benefit the following hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
