摘要
研究了纤维素酶、木聚糖酶处理对杨木CTMP纸浆物理性能的影响,并采用纤维质量分析仪和X射线衍射分析仪分析观察了生物酶处理后纤维形态及结晶指数的变化。结果表明,纸浆经酶处理后,纸页的抗张指数、耐破指数、撕裂指数均有不同程度的提高。细小纤维含量和纤维扭结指数降低,纤维平均长度和纤维粗度增加。最佳酶处理条件下,CTMP经纤维素酶或木聚糖酶处理后,纸浆的得率基本未受影响,纸浆的结晶指数变化也不大。
The strength properties of CTMP treated by eellulase or xylanase were studied. The fiber morphologies and crystallization index after enzymatic treatment were analyzed by fiber quality analyzer (FQA) and X -ray dif- fraction (XRD). The results showed that the tensile index, burst index and tear index of the pulps were improved at different degree after the enzymatic treatment. The fines content and kink index of fiber obviously decreased while the fiber length and fiber coarseness increased. The pulp yields were basically uninfluenced after enzymatic treatment under the optimal treatment condition. The crystallization index of the fibers changed little.
