摘要
研究了桉木P-RC APMP不同制浆条件对废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明:每生产1t桉木P-RC APMP绝干浆,产生废水总量约为25m3,废水COD污染总负荷118.04~154.10kg。NaOH总用量由4.0%增加到7.0%,废水COD总负荷由128.42kg/t上升到142.73kg/t;H2O2用量由3.0%增加至7.5%,废水COD总负荷由118.04kg/t增加到154.10kg/t。废水BOD/COD比随NaOH用量的增加而增加,BOD/COD比则随H2O2用量增加而下降。
The effect of different eucalyptus P - RC APMP pulping processes on effluent properties was studied. The investigation showed: 25m3 effluent and 118.04 - 154.10kg COD were produced per ton of oven dry pulp. COD increased from 128.42kg/t to 142.73kg/t as NaOH dosage changed from 4.0% to 7.0% , and when increas- ing H20~ dosage from 3.0% to 7.5% , COD raised from 118.04kg/t to 154.10kg/t. The value of BOD/COD in- creased with the increment of NaOH dosage and decreased with the increase of H2O2 dosaged in the pulping process.
