摘要
通过对磁稳流化床微元结构的研究,建立起磁稳流化床除尘器的微元模型.通过对其单个微元的分析,导出其除尘效率.再分析单个微元的除尘效率与总的除尘效率的关系,导出整个除尘器的除尘效率.并将其与实验结果进行比较,证明其与实验结果基本吻合,表明此模型有较好的准确度.
A constricted tube model(CTM) of magnetically stabilized fluidized filter was developed by the microstructure investigation.A unit bed element(UBE) was analyzed and the collection efficiency's relation was achieved.In addition,by evaluating the relation between UBE's collection efficiency and the total collection efficiency,the equation of total collection efficiency was gotten.Compared with the experimental results,the calculating efficiency was proved accurate.
