This paper discusses the feasibility of using the rate of regeneration work as a new economical performance in evaluating the steam circulation. Through strict deduction the authors put forward an algorithmic model, with which satisfied result can be achieved. Thus the synthesis regeneration effects of the thermal system can be associated with the economical performance of the unit perfectly.
