硕士生学习生活主观幸福感的测量及影响因素 被引量:7

An Empirical Research on the Measurement of Postgraduate SWB in Learning Life and Its Influencing Factors:A Sample from Shenyang

摘要 研究基于对学习者学习生活主观幸福感的关注,以沈阳地区4个样本组的847名硕士生为例进行了问卷调查,通过因子分析得到了我国硕士研究生学习生活主观幸福感的理论结构,并对其测量结果进行了信度分析及效度验证。结果表明:该结构为5维模型,包括科研活动、学校管理、教师影响、学业压力及社会支持,所得数据信度、效度良好。对于硕士生学习生活主观幸福感的影响,除以上5个因素外,还有学习者的性别、学校类型及所学专业。 This study focuses on learners' SWB perceived in their learning life and hence conducts a questionnaire survey based on 4 samples consisting of 847 postgraduates in Shenyang. Through factor analysis, the theoretical construct of Postgraduate SWB in Learning Life gets established and data measured get confirmed based on reliability analysis as well as validation. As the results depict, the construct is composed of 5 dimensions, including research work, school regulation, mentor influence, academic stress and social support, possessing a usable validity and reliability. Apart from these five factors, learner's sex, university-type and their major also affect their total score of SWB in learning life. The limitations of this study are: the dimension of social support requests modifying to bring up its internal consistency reliability and also to explore suitable independent variables to depict the effect on SWB in learning life from mentor influence and academic stress.
