精益制造是一种先进的制造技术,其内容博大精深,如何在很短的课时使学生掌握这门课程,具有很大的挑战性。使用一种简单实用的分析方法5W1H,来分析精益制造课程,然后根据课程内容制定出分组讨论、提问、项目等各种教学方法,提升教学效果,学生反馈良好。

Lean manufacturing is a kind of advanced technology including a great deal of content. It is a challenge to let students master the course in a short time. In this paper, a kind of simple analysis method of SW1H is used to design different methods of teaching such as discussion, question and project according to the content. The feed- back of students indicates that the teaching methods have obtained significant effect.
