Operating cooperation of internal fixation on odontoid process fracture by transoral-transpharyngeal approach

目的探讨经口咽入路齿状突骨折复位内固定的护理配合。方法术前访视,做好心理护理和健康宣教;物品准备齐全,加强手术体位的护理,密切配合医生的工作,重视术中病情的变化。结果手术过程顺利,医生对手术护理配合满意,术中病人无出现严重并发症。结论术前准备充分,术中手术人员配合默契是保证手术顺利完成的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of internal fixation on odontoid process fracture by transoral-transpharyngeal approach.Methods Pre-operation visit patients with mental care and health guidance; sufficient instruments preparative before operation, care of patients＇ body positons; closed cooperation with operators and intensive observation of patients＇ condition during operation were made. Results All operations were successful and operators were satisfied to nursing cooperation. No severe complications were occurred during operation. Conclusion Sufficient mental , instruments preparation before operation and skilled cooperation during operation are the key points to ensure operative smooth finish.
