摘要
本文介绍了以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物，使用键合型５％ＰｈＭｅｓｉｌｉｃｏｎｅ２５ｍ×０．３２ｍｍ（ｉ．ｄ）毛细管柱为分离柱，利用气相色谱仪对苦参碱中主要成分氧化苦参碱进行分离、测定的方法。该方法变异系数为０．０２８４％，回收率９７．６－９９．４％，线性相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９４。
This paper introduced a new method for quantitative analysis of oxymatrine by capillary GC. The results showed that coefficients of variation was 0.0284%,recovery was 97.6～99.4%,and the linear correlation was 0.9994.
