摘要
在全面研究土地供应和开发利用监管业务需求基础上,以信息资源整合为出发点,进一步完善了数据内容及其指标体系,以基于移动GIS的PDA数据采集功能优化设计为切入点,实现了土地供应与利用过程的现场实时监管,以辅助决策功能支持为落脚点,进一步提高了土地供应政策参与宏观调控的服务能力,浙江省建设用地"批、供、用"统一监管技术平台建设与应用取得了新进展。
Through comprehensive studies of the demand for the supervision of land supply, development and utilization, we have further improved the data content and its index system for the purpose of information integration; realized the real time on-site supervision during the process of land supply and utilization by the help of mobile GIS based optimal design of PDA data collection; and further increased the service capacity of land supply policy participating in the macro adjustment and control for supporting the decision-making function. By doing these works we have achieved new development in the construction and application of the technical platform for unified supervision of the construction land ＂approval, supply, use＂ in Zhejiang province.
