Management of equipment engineering projects is different from construction projects due to its technology and equipment requirements.Project management will have a direct bearing on construction input and output, and project quality. This article explains necessity of whole-process management in equipment project based on theory and practice of engineering consulting and facilities management, put forwards the tasks and control essentials in various stages.
