摘要 本文介绍了5%甲拌磷颗粒剂的液相色谱法分析,它以NovapakC18为分离柱,甲醇/水(68/32体积比)为流动相,238nm为紫外检测波长;采用外标法定量,本方法快速而准确。标准偏差为0.28,变异系数为0.37%,平均回收率为99.87%,线性相关系数为0.9997。 A method for phorate granule separation and determination was described. It was separated on an Novapak C18 column, by using a methanol-water solution (68/32) as mobile phase, with UV detector at 238nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and correlation were 0.28, 0.37%, and 0.9997 respectively. The recovery was 99.87% commonly. The method was rapid and accurate and can be applied to quality control for this product.
