摘要
本文介绍了５％甲拌磷颗粒剂的液相色谱法分析，它以ＮｏｖａｐａｋＣ１８为分离柱，甲醇／水（６８／３２体积比）为流动相，２３８ｎｍ为紫外检测波长；采用外标法定量，本方法快速而准确。标准偏差为０．２８，变异系数为０．３７％，平均回收率为９９．８７％，线性相关系数为０．９９９７。
A method for phorate granule separation and determination was described. It was separated on an Novapak C18 column, by using a methanol-water solution (68/32) as mobile phase, with UV detector at 238nm. The results showed that the standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and correlation were 0.28, 0.37%, and 0.9997 respectively. The recovery was 99.87% commonly. The method was rapid and accurate and can be applied to quality control for this product.
