摘要
本文用气相色谱２％ＯＶ－１玻璃柱，ＦＩＤ检测器，１６０～２００℃程序升温分析测定了１７％克·多·酮种衣剂中的克百威和三唑酮；用薄层－紫外法测定了多菌灵的含量。克百威、三唑酮和多菌灵的变异系数分别为１．３６％，２．１３％和０．９６％，平均回收率分别为９７．８％，９８．９％和９８．５％。
This peper describes the method for determination of carbofuran and triadimefon by using gas chromatography with OV-1 column and FID detector,carbendazim by thin-layer chromatography and UV detector in the seed dressing respectively. The results obtained were satisfactory with their coefficients of variation of carbofuran、triadimefon and carbendazim 1.36%,2.13% and 0.96%respectively.The average recoveies were 97.8%,98.9% and 98.5%respectively.
