摘要
本文选用长１ｍ的填充柱，内装７％ＳＥ－３０，以苯二甲酸二（２－乙基）己酯为内标物，在气相色谱条件下，对５％噻螨酮乳油中有效成分进行定量分析。该方法对噻螨酮有效成分的变异系数为０．７３％，回收率为１０２．４％，线性相关系数为０．９９８８，保留时间为３．９ｍｉｎ。
A method is introduced determining of 5% hexythiazox by gas chromatography , with 7% SE-30 filler column which was 1m long and used di-(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate as internal standard. The coefficient of variation is 0.73%,the recovery is 102.4%,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9988 and the remain time is 3.9min.
