本文介绍用硅胶柱，正己烷＋四氢呋喃（１００＋１）为流动相，检测波长２５４ｎｍ的正相高效液相色谱对氟氯氰菊酯的二对顺反异构体进行了分离。
The isomers of cyfluthrin were separated by using normal phase HPLC with 250×46mm(i.d.) SiO2 stainless steel column,n-Hexane+Tetrahydroruran (100+1)as mobile phase,detecting wave length was UV254nm.
