摘要 为了筛选出最佳的玉兰多酚提取条件,进一步完善玉兰多酚提取技术,以白玉兰花为试验材料,通过单因素试验来确定玉兰多酚各提取因素的水平,通过正交试验设计来确定最佳提取条件。结果表明,提取玉兰多酚的最佳溶剂是乙醇,最佳提取条件为:以50%乙醇为溶剂,料液比1∶30,提取温度50℃,提取时间1h。在该提取条件下,在玉兰花中提取到多酚的质量分数为5.07mg/g。 In order to find the optimal extraction conditions of polyphenol in Magnolia denudate, and further perfect the extraction techniques, taking M. denudate as materials, the levels of some extraction factors were determined and the optimal extraction conditions were obtained on the basis of single factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the optimal extraction solvent of polyphenol in M. denudate was ethanol, the optimal conditions were extracting for 1 hour at 50 ℃, taking 50% ethanol solution as extracting solvent and 1∶30 as ratio of material to extracting solvent. The mass concentration of polyphenol extracted in M. denudate flower was 5.07 mg/g.
