改良Kugel无张力疝修补术的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨改良Kugel补片在成人腹股沟疝治疗中的临床应用。方法总结2007年9月~2009年9月采用美国巴德公司生产的Kugel补片为108例腹股沟疝患者施行无张力修补术。观察手术时间、疼痛、术后自主能力恢复、并发症和复发率。结果中位手术时间55min,术后6h能下床活动,住院时间5d,术后疼痛不适感轻。结论改良Kugel疝修补术是一种微创、无张力、几乎不需缝合,全面修补整个腹股沟区域的腹膜前修补术式,具有术后恢复快,并发症少的优点。 Objective To discuss adult inguinal hernia repair with modified Kugel patch.Methods 108 patients with inguinal hernia treated with Bard modified Kugel patch from September 2007 to September 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Median operating time was 55 min.The patients could walk in 6h after operation.The average time in the hosptial was 5 days.The pian was light after operation.Conclusion Medified Kugel hemiorrhaphy is a minimally invasive,tension-free,almost sutureless,and tota1 inguinal repair.It possasses less complications and prompt restoration after operation.
