三种方法治疗原发性痛经疗效比较

Comparing the effect of three methods for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

目的对比常用的治疗原发性痛经的三种方法的疗效。方法选择我院妇科门诊2007年8月~2009年5月就诊的原发性中、重度痛经患者,分别采用妈富隆、布洛芬、妈富隆＋维生素E＋钙尔奇D治疗,评价其疗效及治愈率。结果三组患者治疗原发性痛经总有效率无统计学意义,但治愈率有统计学意义。结论妈富隆＋维生素E＋钙尔奇D能有效治疗原发性痛经,且可明显降低复发率,治愈率高,值得在临床应用。

Objective To investigate the commonly used in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea comparing the efficacy of several methods.Methods Hospital gynecology clinic in August 2007~May 2009 of primary treatment in patients with moderate and severe dysmenorrhea were used Marvelon,ibuprofen,Marvelon ＋ vitE ＋ Caltrate D treatment,evaluated its efficacy and cure rate.Results The three groups of patients in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and efficient no statistical significance,but the cure rate was statistically significant.Conclusion Marvelon ＋ vitE ＋ Caltrate D is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate,has a high cure rate,is worthy of clinical application.
