摘要
该文以2,3-二氢-1-茚酮、2,4-二氯苯甲醛及固体氢氧化钠为原料,采用固态无溶剂研磨反应制备2-(2,4-二氯苯亚甲基)-2,3-二氢-1-茚酮,通过乙醇和水的混合溶剂重结晶提纯产物。该实验具有操作简单,原料易得,反应中不需有机溶剂,对环境友好等特点。
2- (2, 4-Dichlorobenzylidene) -2, 3-dihydroinden-l-one is prepared in high yield by grinding the solid mixture of 2, 3-dihydroinden-l-one, 2, 4-dichlorobenzaldehyde and sodium hydroxide under solvent-free condition, and the product is purified by recrystallization using a mixture of ethanol and water. The procedures are simple and environmentally friendly. The raw material is easy obtained and it is a solvent-free reaction.
