Many problems exist in the experiment of separating serum protein with cellulose acetate membrane. Combining with the experience of experimental teaching for many years, some modifications are made in the aspects of experiment operating measures and conditions. Every strip has five bands in the improved experiment and the figure of the bands is clear and sharp. The reappearance of the ameliorated experimentation is fine, which can be applied in the correlative domain of experimental teaching.
