定子铁心故障引起的电机轴电压仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 该文分析了定子铁心叠片接缝对电机磁通分布的影响,以及接缝不均匀时电机磁通的变化规律。采用不定积分的方法建立了电机动态过程产生的不平衡磁通的数学模型。应用ANSYS有限元软件模拟了接缝不均匀的电机磁场分布,提出可以通过轴电压信号监测定子铁心叠片接缝不均故障。 The paper has analyzed the influence of the laminated stator core seam on the electromagnetic flux distribution, as well as the electromagnetic flux change rule when seam is non-uniform. Using the indefinite integral method, the mathematical model of the unbalancing flux is established which is produced during the process of the electrical machinery dynamic. The paper simulates the non -uniform seam motor flux field distribution through the ANSYS software, and proposes the idea that the shaft voltage signal can monitor the laminated stator core uneven breakdown.
