摘要
利用三菱公司Q系列PLC及相关设备完成了生产线控制系统设计,探究了该设备对步进电机,伺服电机,普通交流异步电机以及多种气动装置和多种检测传感器的控制方法。控制系统中涵盖了模拟量数字量输入输出设备、伺服驱动器、定位控制、运动控制、变频器以及CCLINK总线技术等多种工业生产中常用的专用控制设备与技术,并且对一些部分提出了新的控制方法。
A system for controlling industrial product line is designed by using MITSUBISHI Q-PLC and the relative devices. The methods to controlling the stepper motor, ac servo motor, asynchronous motor, kinds of pneumatic instruments and various sensors are studied. The control system involves va- rious special instruments and technique used in industry production, such as analogous and digital I/ O, servo-drive, position control, motion control, frequency transformer, the technique of CCLINK bus. Furthermore, some new methods to controlling several parts of the control system are put forward.
