摘要
为研究赭曲霉(Aspergillus ochraceus)405色素的基本性质,寻求将其去除的方法及应用价值,建立了赭曲霉色素的提取方法,以正交实验法确定的提取条件为:浸提溶剂乙酸乙酯,浸提时间20min,超声功率100W,料液比1:40(m/v)。在此条件下,以赭曲霉色素为研究对象,初步研究了温度、酸、碱、光照等因素对其稳定性的影响,结果表明赭曲霉色素稳定性差,受环境因素影响较大。
The extraction of the pigment in Aspergillus ochraceus 405 was studied and the optimal extraction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: ethyl acetate as extraction regent, 20 min of extraction time, 100 W of ultrasonic power, and 1:40 of gardenia -liquor ratio. The effects of temperature, acid, alkali and illumination on the stability of the pigment were also studied under the optimal extraction condition. Results showed the Aspergillus ochraceus pigment had poor stability.
