Screening and Identification of Cellulose-decomposing Microorganisms

摘要 从石油勘探采取的土样中,初筛分离出了9株能够降解纤维素的真菌,然后利用滤纸条降解实验和cellulose-azure降解实验进行复筛,筛选出了2株降解纤维素效果比较好的真菌,命名为f1和f2。经酶活测定f1的CMCase酶活和FPase酶活分别为1.06IU、0.7IU;f2的CMCase酶活和FPase酶活分别为1.06IU、0.7IU。并对这2株真菌纤维素酶的酶学性质进行了探索。最后经过分子生物学对其鉴定、比对,这2株菌为产紫青霉菌和烟曲霉。 Nine fungus with cellulose-degradation capability were screen from soil samples, among which two strains showed much higher cellulose-degradation activities and were named as f1 and f2. The CMCas and FPasee activities of f1 were 1.06IU and 0.7IU, respectively. And the CMCase and FPase activities of f2 were 0.81IU and 0.15IU, respectively. The two fungus were defined as Penicillium purpurogenum and Aspergillus fumigatus.
