《井本日志》是吉见义明1993年在防卫厅防卫研究所图书馆发现的。《井本日志》是井本在中国派遣军作战课和参谋本部作战课时期写下的作战机密,其中记载与哈巴罗夫斯克审判中731部队有关战犯的供词以及中国相关文献档案记载相吻合,可信度相当高。《井本日志》的发现,证实了细菌战是日本最高当局的战争行为,是一种国家犯罪行为。

Imotonishi was found by Yoshimi in the Defense Research Institution Library of Japanese Defense Department in 1993.Imoto is a key role in Japanese War Section to promote bacteria war.Imotonishi is the war classified information written by Imotoyunan when he was in the War Section（WS） of Chinese Detachment Army and in WS of Japanese Advice Headquarter.It records the confession of war-prisoners related to Unit 731 in the Khabarovsk Trial.It tallies closely the related Chinese files and is highly credible.Imotonishi proves that bacteria war is war behavior of the Japanese highest government and is a national crime.
